Celestial Pearl Danio (Danio margaritatus)
Also known as the Galaxy Rasbora, this nano fish was discovered in 2006 in the highland waters of Myanmar and Northern Thailand, near Inle Lake at elevations over 1,000 m. Belonging to the family Danionidae, it quickly became a favorite in the aquarium trade thanks to its vibrant blue body, orange fins, and peaceful nature. Best kept in planted aquariums in groups of 6 or more, these active yet gentle fish are ideal for community tanks.
